26-year-old female interested in breast augmentation. She had asymmetry of her breasts and felt her breast size did not match her body. She was very self-conscious about the appearance of her breasts in clothing. After consultation, we elected to proceed with 350 cc round silicone implants which were placed underneath the muscle (dual plane). This photo was taken at 3 months post-op. She was happy with her result because she had more fullness throughout her breasts.
