28-year-old female interested in breast augmentation. She had a congenital chest deformity (pectus excavatum) which resulted in very little breast development. After consultation, we elected to proceed with 250 cc round silicone implants which were placed underneath the muscle (dual plane). This photo was taken at 3 months post-op. She was happy with her result because she felt she could finally fit into bras without inserts.
