35-year-old female interested in breast augmentation. After consultation, she was noted to have constricted breasts with enlarged areola. We elected to proceed with 300 cc round silicone implants placed through a peri-areolar approach. This approach allows for reduction in areolar size and release of the constriction bands. This photo was taken at 3 months post-op. She was extremely happy with her result since she felt she had natural looking breasts.
