I initially chose Dr. Raja for numerous reasons. The most important being that he is board certified, not all plastic surgeons are. I called several different local plastic surgeons throughout the Dallas metroplex and was discouraged either because they weren't board certified, if they were more "popular" they would charge more or I simply just didn't get a good vibe. I am a question asker and a researcher. I really do my homework before I let anyone performe any work anywhere on my body. The last thing I want, or need, is to end up on the TV show "Botched." I also believe you have an intuition for a reason and after meeting with Dr. Raja in person it just felt right. He took his time, was on time (a HUGE pet peeve of mine is respect for my time), and he answered every single question I had. He showed me plenty of photographs and gave his advice on what procedure would work best for my desired result. He is also very meticulous pre-surgery, as well, which some might find "bothersome" or "annoying" but I applaud him for this trait. He made sure all blood work was complete, he reviewed my medical history in detail and made sure I was healthy enough for the surgery. He isn't a doctor that will simply "take the job, to make a buck." If you don't qualify he will turn you away. His work will prove his talent but this, in itself, proves his great character. I now not only have found a wonderful plastic surgeon but a friend as well. I know I can count on him if I ever need him medically for anything in the future. A good doctor can be found anywhere but a great person is just icing on the top.

Ever since I was a teenager (I’m 32 now) I had dreamed of having a breast reduction. I had suffered from severe back pain and discomfort for years and years. Not to mention skin irritation and rashes under each breast. I set up a consultation with Dr. Mohan and immediately felt at ease and knew he was the doctor for me. He answered all my questions and took his time with me. He said with the size of my chest and my previous struggle with rashes that he had no doubt insurance would cover the procedure! Recovery was a breeze. I had heard horror stories of infections and other complications going wrong, none of those happened to me. I was out of work for just two weeks (I’m a hairdresser) and that was the perfect amount of time. All throughout recovery if I had any questions, Dr. Mohan was very prompt responding to my text messages. Follow up appointments were a breeze because I literally had zero complications! From the beginning, when discussing options for surgery I was instructed by my PCP to find someone to remove a large lipoma. I called several different offices. When I called Dr. Mohans office the staff was extremely comforting!! I explained I had been laid off and my insurance was ending in less then 2 weeks. My Consultation appointment was worked into his schedule 2 days later AND 6 days later I had the surgery. I’ve never experienced a Dr. office going above and beyond to ensure I was seen. Upon arrival, I called the number posted on the outside of the door as instructed to notify of my arrival. The nurse answered the door and took every proper precaution by asking screening questions and taking my temperature to ensure a healthy environment. I was then taken to a room in the office. Very clean, organized and sterilized to perfection I must add. Dr. Mohan came in a few minutes later and walked me through every step and answered all of my questions thoroughly. 6 days later my surgery was flawless!! I’m so thankful that he took such special care during this entire process. Today was my 2 week Follow-up and all is healing well with normal pain and minimal tenderness. With the internal depth he had to go to take care of the lipoma, I’m thankful that I’ve chosen his practice and will suggest or recommend him to everyone I know!

Overall, had a great experience from initial consultation to multiple post-op appts. Dr. Mohan pays very close attention to detail, explains everything thoroughly in a way that's easy to understand and open to questions, and has some of the best bedside manner I've experienced in healthcare. I had a skin cancer and Dr. Arshanapalli from United Dermatology eliminated the cancer from my nose. He in turn referred me to Dr. Raja Mohan to fix my nose after the small hole to carve out the cancer.
Dr. Raja did an incredible job and after a couple of weeks recovery, my nose is almost completely healed. I was a little apprehensive about surgery, but the operation was so successful, I didn’t even need pain medication after surgery. I enjoyed every part of my procedure from start to finish. When I was little I fell down and cut my lip straight open and it never healed back properly. Years later I was able to convince my mom to let me see a plastic surgeon to try to see what he/she can do to fix the damaged part of my lip. Dr. Mohan is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. His care and concern exceeds that of any of my doctors. When I got sepsis by taking care of my daughter’s lizards, he came to the hospital each and every day for my nine day hospital stay while under the care of an infectious disease doctor. I highly recommend Dr Raj for your surgery. I came into his office after having implants for 20 years. I needed to have them removed because one had been compromised after a mammogram. I did not want implants put back in. After attending meetings with 2 other doctors, I chose Dr. Raj because he was the only one who was understanding in my quest to have an Explant. His staff is courteous and Diane answered the many questions I asked. Diane is awesome! She prepares you for after surgery which makes the process much easier. I am four months post-op from having an Explant/Lift and I love how I look.

Dr. Mohan is AMAZING! Not only is he an incredibly talented surgeon, but he's also kind, respectful and thorough. All the great qualities you want in your surgeon. His staff is also the sweetest team. I love going to the office for my checkups, the whole team is super friendly and they make you feel right at home. These procedures can be kind of awkward and uncomfortable, so having a welcoming team and thoughtful doctor truly makes all the difference! I am so pleased with the way my body looks already and I am not even fully healed yet. Dr. Mohan listened to everything I wanted to have done and did so with the minimal invasiveness approach. I had met with other doctors and their recommendations were more aggressive approach and required larger incisions which would result in bigger scars. Dr. Mohan understood what my end goal was. He helped me achieve it in a beautiful way, minimizing my scars and the down time. 10/10 I recommend him.

Dr. Raja Mohan was great to work with. He absolutely delivered and exceeded my expectations in terms of the result of my procedure. I'm very happy with the outcome. There are various new, non-surgical techniques out there and it's difficult for the consumer to distinguish the true level of value between all the different procedures. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a surgery that has a huge impact in my body. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into until I had met Dr Raja. I spent *a lot* of time and effort researching plastic surgeons in Dallas and am 5-stars pleased with my results from Dr. Raja Mohan (aka Dr. Raj), three months post-surgical procedure (since this is a public review, I prefer to not say which one). I chose Dr. Raj for multiple reasons:
1. I saw that he completed the DPSI Fellowship, which is a super prestigious and competitive program nationally – anyone graduating from this is going to be incredibly skilled.
2. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon. Very important!
3. His bedside manner is kind, friendly, informative, and calm. There are a lot of arrogant male plastic surgeons around here (IYKYK) and I’m not into that.
4. His location is convenient and he has his own on-site surgery suite. I felt safe going under the knife.
5. His pricing was more than fair. I’m not looking for bargain basement deals on surgery; I expect to pay a reasonable price for high-quality work. That said, Dr. Raj and his team are competitively priced and certainly exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny.
6. His office staff exemplifies professionalism, expertise, and caring customer service. I had 24/7 access via text to the team and when I had an after-hours concern a week after surgery, they connected me to Dr. Raj at 11 PM on a weekend night. My well-being and peace of mind were his priority.
I highly recommend Dr. Raj and his staff!

I had my surgery about seven weeks ago with Dr. Raja, and it has been an excellent experience from start to finish. I am extremely pleased with the results of my abdominoplasty. Whitney is an incredible injector. Her skill, attention to detail, and professionalism really stand out. She takes the time to listen and carefully studies your anatomy so the results look natural and balanced. If I bring up something she doesn’t think I need, she’s honest and explains why instead of just trying to sell services, which I really appreciate.
As a male client, I’ve felt out of place at other med spas, but here I always feel comfortable and welcomed. The whole team is friendly and accommodating, and they offer flexible payment options which makes treatments easier to manage.
I’ve had Botox and hydrafacials here and have been very happy with my results. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend, especially Whitney.

After having two babies, I had been thinking about replacing my breast implants for a long time. It’s a big decision, and I wanted to be absolutely sure about who I trusted. From my very first consultation with Dr. Raj, I felt comfortable and confident. The consultation was detailed and never rushed, and his staff was consistently responsive and kind.

The day of surgery was incredibly smooth and well organized. Having the procedure done in Dr. Raj’s own OR at his Medical City office—where I had already done my consultation and pre-op—made the entire experience feel familiar and much less intimidating. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely focused on keeping me at ease.

The pre-op and post-op care were excellent, my recovery has been exceptional, and the results are exactly what I hoped for. Dr. Raj has a great eye for detail, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone considering a similar procedure.
