This is a young patient who hated his “man boobs.” He states that since being a teenager, he had fullness in his chest that would not go away. He underwent treatment with liposuction and gland removal to make his chest flatter. He was extremely happy with his result because the procedure resulted in a more muscular, flatter chest. He felt comfortable not wearing a shirt.
