This patient unfortunately was treated for gynecomastia by a different surgeon and left with a noticeable deformity. He reports that he originally lost over a 100 pounds and had excessive skin and fat deposits in his chat. His prior surgeon only performed liposuction to remove the excess fat but did not address the skin laxity. As a result of this procedure, the patient has very loose and wrinkled skin which does not look anatomically normal. He underwent a gynecomastia revision which entailed skin excision and repositioning of his nipple to more a masculine, anatomically normal position.
