35 year old female who had a prior breast reduction in her native country. She states the procedure left her asymmetric with very wide and hypertrophic scars. She felt her nipples looked unnatural. She underwent a breast reduction to revise her scars and make her breasts smaller. These procedures are challenging since most of the time one does not know what technique was used in the original reduction. The patient healed well and had a better shape and scar formation.
