This is a middle-aged patient who had her breast implants for 20 years and stated they were heavy and causing symptoms such as fatigue, hair loss, and depression. She desired implant removal, capsulectomy, and a breast lift (mastopexy) for breast implant illness. Her implants and capsules were successfully removed and her symptoms resolved. Her post-operative result shows good symmetry and not a significant loss of volume after implant removal. Her breasts look natural.
