This is a young patient who had her breast implants for few years and stated they were causing rashes and fatigue and made her autoimmune conditions worse. She desired implant removal, capsulectomy, a breast lift (mastopexy), and fat transfer for her symptoms. Her implants and capsules were successfully removed and her symptoms resolved. Her post-operative result shows good symmetry and not a significant loss of volume after implant removal. Her breasts look natural. Her scars will fade with time.
