This is a gentleman in his 60s who stated his eyelids appeared tired and old and he also had difficulty seeing because of excess skin in his upper eyelids. He underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)  with facial fat grafting to help rejuvenate his face.
