This female had a history of breast augmentation but as time went on, her breast tissue began to descend and were not centered over her implants. This is called a waterfall deformity. In other words, her breast tissue is spilling over the implant. She wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. She underwent implant exchange with a mastopexy. Revisionary cases are very difficult but a great result was obtained for her.
