This is a patient in her 50s who had multiple issues with her breast implants. The left side was ruptured. On the right side she had a waterfall deformity and capsular contracture. All implants and capsules were removed during surgery and new implants were placed. She underwent a lift at the same time to raise her nipple position. Post-operatively she has more symmetry along with a better and rounder shape. She was very pleased with her results.
